The SPE Thermoplastic Materials & Foams Division and the Engineering Society of Detroit have collaborated to provide educational content for the Foam Expo, which is scheduled from Monday, June 24^th - Thursday, June 27^th, 2024 in Novi, MI.

In particular, we are co-sponsoring two sessions:

• Engineering Together: The Engineering Together session will deliver training and insights centered on sustainability.
• Engineering Talent: Engineering Talent is a session geared towards students and recent graduates and aims to provide tools and guidance for a successful transition to a career in industry.

SPE Foams 2024

The SPE Foams® 2024 international conference, co-sponsored by SPE’s Thermoplastic Materials & Foams division and Palisades-MidAtlantic section, is the premier forum related to new developments in foaming technologies.

The conference will feature world-renowned speakers presenting technical papers on innovations in foam processing, novel blowing agents, micro- and nano-cellular foams, biodegradable foams, foamed nanocomposites, and more, with special emphasis on potential industrial applications.

*For those new to the foams area, SPE Foams® Tutorials will be held prior to the conference on Tuesday, Sept 17^th and Wednesday, Sept 18^th, 2024.
